Instrumentation Arinst

Arinst is available measuring instruments for radio Amateurs, repairmen and installers of radio equipment. Devices Arinst much cheaper counterparts, but the user receives everything needed to function.

To date, the range of the instrument Arinst there are 3 spectrum analyzer:

  • Arinst SSA - portable spectrum analyzer with independent power supply
  • Arinst SSA TG - portable spectrum analyzer with a tracking generator and independent power supply
  • Arinst SSA TG LC - table spectrum analyzer with a tracking generator (without independent power supply)

An important feature of all devices Arinst is that they do not have their own displays and controls, and work through the app on any phone and tablet running Android, as well as on any PC with Windows and Linux. Data is transmitted via a USB cable and/or Bluetooth. As we are constantly improving the algorithms of the devices and adding new features, all new features are immediately available to users via the automatic software update through Google Play. All updates are also available for download from our official website.

In developing the instrument, we retreated from the concept of building a spectrum analyzer according to the classical scheme. Instead, we simplify the block diagram, making direct conversion receiver with a single local oscillator. The suppression of the mirrored drive is carried out mathematically by means of several measurements at one frequency point with different frequencies of the local oscillator. This solution gave acceptable specifications for most Amateur tasks, and significantly reduce the price of the device.
